Here at Nourish Me, we're on a very simple mission - to banish the negativity surrounding the concept of healthy eating and to make it accessible, affordable and absolutely delicious.


She is a certified nutritionist with the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA). Prior to obtaining her certification she worked as a Food Editor for Friedchillies Media where she wrote articles, hosted online shows and developed recipes for the Friedchillies website.

Alexandra has also shot a healthy cooking series with Fair Price and Food For Life TV in Singapore and worked as an ambassador with Mission Foods Malaysia and Singapore on their 21 Day Mission by developing recipes for their video and recipe booklet campaign. She has also worked with Vitagen, Marigold and Maggi to develop nutritionally sound recipes with their products and writes health articles for magazines such as Shape, Her World and Flavours.

Additionally, she conducts nutrition workshops, cooking classes and cooking demos and has worked with clients such as Maybank, Cold Storage, US Potato, Euro-Atlantic, C-Food Portions, Citibank, Horlicks, and Northwest Cherries.
