Keep in mind that you are automatically deemed to have accepted these T&C when you use and/or access NourishMe’s website. If you do not agree with to these T&C, you should refrain from using and/or accessing and/or browsing this website any further.

The T&C outlines the rules and regulations for the use of NourishMe’s website and products and we ask that you abide by them carefully. Please also refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (“ FAQ”) section for further guidance on the materials and information regarding NourishMe’s website and products. If you have any further enquires not listed below or in the FAQ section or require any further clarifications, please feel free to drop us an email.

Health & Wellbeing Information

NourishMe is a programme built around the concept of healthy eating, to help with your general health and wellbeing. However, the programme and/or any of its related products do not guarantee that successful results or outcomes will stem from properly following any instructions or directions that is contained in the materials or information provided by us. These materials and information provided are often general in nature and may vary depending on your personal medical needs. It is important to note that NourishMe cannot be used as a substitute of any medical treatment and shall not be viewed as one. Please consult your doctor if you are in any doubt about your current state of health and whether you are able to subscribe to NourishMe’s programme. Your doctor is in the best position to advice you on whether a particular diet is suited to your needs. This is especially important if you are a minor, if you are pregnant or if you have any pre-existing health conditions.

Preparation Information

All of our dishes are made in bulk and in the morning of the delivery day. We only have a limited time to prepare them to ensure the freshness of the meals you have ordered upon arrival. As a result, we are unable to cater to any specific meal alteration requests or dietary requirements. All of our food may contain traces of allergens as the meals are made in a facility that handles nuts, eggs, soya, sesame, celery and dairy products. The traces of these ingredients may be present in the meals prepared. If you have any allergy, please bear in mind that our meals are to be consumed at your own risk.

NourishMe has an extensive menu plan that works on rotational basis with new dishes being added in periodically. NourishMe reserves the sole right to change any planned menus or programmes at our discretion at any point. The meal(s) are intended and designed to use fresh seasonal ingredients and occasionally these might not be available as initially planned.

Delivery & Order Information

In order to enjoy NourishMe’s meal plan, please place your order by 1pm the day before the intended date of delivery. Our deliveries are expected to reach you between 11:30am – 1pm depending on your location and the delivery team’s route and load of the day. Please note that we are unable to accommodate to any specific timed delivery requests.

Loss & Damage

NourishMe and our delivery teams cannot be deemed to be responsible for any theft of and/or damage to the meal(s) during transit. Please contact NourishMe as soon as you suspect that the meal(s) ordered is lost, stolen or damaged. Each case will be treated individually and it is the management team who will evaluate and decide at their discretion whether to provide you with a refund or to replace the meal(s) that you had ordered.

NourishMe makes no representation and disclaims all express and implied warranties about the accuracy, suitability, reliability and/or correctness of the information contained in the website. All descriptions and images shown on NourishMe’s website are for reference only. NourishMe cannot be held responsible for errors in the website content.

In no event will NourishMe be held liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any incidental loss or damage whatsoever arising from other miscellaneous damages, arising out of or in connection, with the use of NourishMe’s website.

NourishMe has the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities. All such changes will be published on NourishMe’s website. If you use our website or place any order with us after the changes have been published, you are agreeing to be bound by those changes in respect of that order.

Cancellation Policy

Meals can only be cancelled at least twenty four (24) hours in advance. Requests on any cancellations has to be done by 1pm the day before the intended delivery date. Cancelled meals will be credited back to your current month’s quota. Meals that are cancelled after 1pm will be forfeited.

Subscription Fees

Your subscription fee will be charged on the day you sign up to subscribe to NourishMe’s meal plan (“ Billing Date”). You will then be charged on the same day thereafter in the following months. Any account terminations or holds have to be done before your Billing Date.

Should you decide to terminate your subscription after a meal plan has started, we do not refund you for the remaining meals you are supposed to get for the month. You may continue to use up your remaining credits after the termination within the expiry date.

Please refer to the FAQ section or drop us an email to find out the details of the expiry date attached to the meal plan that you have subscribed to.

All payment details provided by you are processed by Curlec, a secure third party payment gateway.

NourishMe does not store nor do we have access to your payment details (i.e. credit and/or debit cards).

Content Reproduction & Redistribution

Any reproduction or redistribution of the contents or materials in the NourishMe website, other than for non-commercial or personal usage, are strictly prohibited.

The information and materials on NourishMe website may be linked and/or posted on your social media accounts but only for your personal usage.

Any information or materials used for any non-personal purposes will be in violation of our intellectual property rights. Therefore, any post or uploads relating to our website’s contents, materials or information that is used for your commercial or business purposes, without our express written permission, is strictly prohibited.

Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and is to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

All correspondences shall be conducted in the English language.
