7-Day Plant-based Cleanse

We believe that every now and again the body could do with a reset, and this can be achieved by our 7-Day Plant-based cleanse. Our body takes on a lot of load through the food we eat, the air we breathe, the water we drink and whatever touches our skin. We need to help it heal. This 7-day cleanse is plant-based as plants are nature’s healing power. Along with the amazing healing properties that fruits, vegetables and herbs provide, we also believe that we could all learn to eat a lot less meat, not only for our health but also the health of the planet.

This cleanse is not only packed with an abundance of plants, it is also free from grains, gluten, processed sugar, legumes (chickpeas, lentils and beans), corn and soy. We have eliminated all these as they have been known to cause stress on the body, especially the digestive system. When the digestive system is unable to function properly, this makes it difficult for the rest of the body to function. By following a diet that is what can be described as clean, the digestive system can take a break and this allows space for healing to take place.

For the 7 days, you will get a daily delivery of lunch and dinner. Snacks will be provided too. You will also get a jar of Golden Elixir (turmeric tea) and Nut Butter. The cost is inclusive of delivery to selected areas. A surcharge will be added on to areas outside of our delivery zone. Check our FAQs for more details.

You can choose to purchase a single cleanse at RM530, a package of three at RM1440 (RM480 each), or five at RM2350 (RM470 each).
